The e�sting land to <br />be developed is currendy four platted lots of record (Lots 4 and 5, 16 and 17, Block B, Twin View) <br />�vhich lots carry specific and distinct setback and development guidelines. Although an approved <br />Planned Unit Development can afford a relaxing of certain Code requirements, Secrion 1100 of the <br />Roseville City Code provides the jurisdicrion for staff to require a"replat" of the four lots. <br />Your redevelopment xequest is tentatively scheduled for a hearing before the Planning Commission <br />on May 2, 2007.
