The following information/materials must be submitted by the applicant (and determined <br />complete by the Community Development Department) ten (10) days before the application may <br />be considered by the Development Review Committee: <br />a. Application and fee of $75. <br />b. Listing of names and addresses for each contiguous property owner. <br />c. Proposed plans, including site plan, landscape plan, grading/drainage plan and exterior <br />building elevation drawings showing buildings. Such drawings shall be 8 1/2 x 11. <br />d. Narrative: Attach an explanation of what is proposed and why this permit is needed. <br />e. Other documents as requested by the City Planner. <br />11. It is not necessary, but it is helpful, for the applicant to attend the Development Review <br />Committee meeting to clarify issues. <br />Note: The Director of Community Development will make a decision and notify the applicant <br />within seven (7) business days. <br />12.
