EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF Tf� CITY OF ROSEVII.LE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulaz meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of April, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Wall and the following were absent: Maschka. Member Wall inuoduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9293 RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SUPER AMERICA TO CONSTRUCT A STATION/STORE WITH A CAR WASH AT 2295 RICE STREET. WF�REAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462357, the City of Roseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and WHEREAS, said regulations provided that a motor fuel station may be allowed within the confines of a B-2 tetail zoning district as a conditional use; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use pemut for a motor fuel station has been requested by SuperAmerica for a site located at the northwest corner of Minnesota Street and Ri�e Street; and VJHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approvai of such conditional use pemut subject to certain conditions on February 14, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use pernilt at a public hearing held on February 26, 1996, and continued the meeting to gather additional information and later reconsidered the request on April 8, 1996; and Wf�REAS, State law requires this pemtit be issued by virtue of the 60 day rule contained in State Statute Section 1519 adopted by the State Legislature. NOW TI-IEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit for a motor fuel station within a B-2 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: ,
