Hc referred <br />100 to the Interview Committee Report �repared on Jllne 12`�' and included in the ineetin�packet, <br />101 notin� that he had prenared this report in consultation with Interview Committee members <br />102 <br />103 <br />104 <br />105 <br />106 <br />Btisbois and Groff. <br />Commissioner Groff explained that there was an impressive group of students to interview and <br />he thanked each youth member for participating. <br />107 Commissioner Becker moved and Commissioner Brisbois seconded a motion to accept the <br />108 committee recommendation and recommend Council� approval of Sungmoon Lim as <br />109 Youth Commissioner for a term to expire on July 31, 2014. He <br />commented Youth Commissioner Laden or Siliciano could serve as an alternate for the HRC. <br />�}Rl-� Committee and Chair Reports (continued) <br />Outreach Committee <br />l 17 HRC Participation in Rose Parade: Noting that the Rosefest Parade <br />118 would be held� next Monday, June 24, Grefenber� encoura�ed as manv Commissioners as <br />119 possible to join the HRC contingent in the parade; he encouraged members to bring their <br />120 children to participate in this event. <br />121 <br />122 <br />123 <br />124 <br />125 <br />126 <br />l27 <br />128 <br />Ms. Curti indicated the HRC would be handing out pencils and candy provided by the HRA. She <br />explained the group would have 2,000 pencils to hand out. She noted the parade line up would <br />begin at 6:15 p.m. <br />Chair Grefenberg was in favor of having a sign in the parade that would identify the HRC.
