Hc referred <br />100 to the Interview Committee Report �repared on Jllne 12`�' and included in the ineetin�packet, <br />101 notin� that he had prenared this report in consultation with Interview Committee members <br />102 <br />103 <br />104 <br />105 <br />106 <br />Btisbois and Groff. <br />Commissioner Groff explained that there was an impressive group of students to interview and <br />he thanked each youth member for participating. <br />107 Commissioner Becker moved and Commissioner Brisbois seconded a motion to accept the <br />108 committee recommendation and recommend Council� approval of Sungmoon Lim as <br />109 Youth Commissioner for a term to expire on July 31, 2014. She <br />explained the group would have 2,000 pencils to hand out. She noted the parade line up would <br />begin at 6:15 p.m. <br />Chair Grefenberg was in favor of having a sign in the parade that would identify the HRC.
