� <br />� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26`" day of October, <br />2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Roe, Johnson, Pust and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10759 <br />Final Adoption of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and <br />Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br />WHERAS, the 2030 Comprehensive Plan (the Plan) includes the City of Roseville's Tier <br />II Comprehensive Sewer Plan; <br />WHEREAS, o:, October 7, 2008, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br />Plan; <br />WHEREAS, on October 13, 2008, the City Council released the draft Plan for review by <br />affected jurisdictions and received comments from all the affected jurisdictions prior to <br />the end of the statutorily allowed six-month review period; <br />WHEREAS, on January 7, 2009, in accordance with Roseville City Code 201.07, the <br />Planning Commission held a public hearing to take and adopted a resolution <br />recommending that the City Council adopt the Plan; <br />WHEREAS, on January 26, 2009, the City Council granted preliminary approval of the <br />2030 Comprehensive Plan; <br />WHEREAS, on March 4, 2009, the preliminarily approved Plan was submitted to the <br />Metropolitan C'�uncil for its statutorily required review of the document. <br />WHEREAS, on June 22, 2009, the Metropolitan Council staff deemed the Plan complete <br />and began its formal review process; and <br />
