C- Initial Review <br />����'r� � <br />.�. <br />Not sure if I am too thrilled about having an outdoor play area for the dogs right next to the backyards of the <br />neighbors to the south. We need to get a better understanding on when and how many dogs will be out there. <br />We will need to have an understanding on how they will control noise and how ey wiIr"'respond to noise <br />complaints. Also how they will deal withrw��,�_Q���e, � ~- _ <br />,, �. � i�t <br />There appears to be some retail components as part of this operation. In the dog hotel they will be selling do <br />merchandise including paintings. � <br />There is overnight kenneling.....do we want to allow for this? Will there be a staff on site overnight to care for <br />the dogs? Will they use the outdoor space overnight to take care of busmess? <br />They are proposing another business in the buildin <br />What are those for? g••�•1�eckci Decor, that will have a laundry room and shower. <br />And what type of business is Deckci Decor? will they have customers coming routinely. <br />What about parking for this use. <br />Also not sure what space they are using in the building from looking at the plans.
