Rd. C- Initial Review <br />The short-time home of Hoeft Appliance is looking at a new tenant: The Woof Room. Under the current zoning <br />requirements, this would probably be a conditional use, but the property will soon* be rezoned for multi-family <br />residential uses which, as a zoning designation, is probably less accommodating of a dog daycare than the <br />present industrial zoning. But since redevelopment consistent with the forthcoming* rezoning is likely to be far <br />into the future, we've determined that approaching a dog daycare as an interim use is about the best bet. <br />The proposed physical plans are here, and you can find more to read on the subject here and here. <br />* the acmal date of the rezoning is uncertain, as it appears to be a retreating target. <br />3 <br />
