Set Public Hearing to Consider Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br /> License for Fantasy Flight Game Center at 1975 West County Road B-2, <br /> Suite 1, Roseville, MN <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, Interim City Manager Trudgeon briefly summarized <br /> the request as detailed in the RCA dated August 19, 2013. <br /> Councilmember McGehee noted existing regulations regarding the proportion of <br /> food to intoxicating liquor; and since none of that information was included in the <br /> staff report at this point, wanted to point that out to ensure that the information <br /> will be included at the time for consideration of approval/denial of the applica- <br /> tion. <br /> While recognizing this as a good point, Mayor Roe clarified tonight's requested <br /> action in establishing a Public Hearing to consider this proposal. <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, scheduling a Public Hearing for Monday, Sep- <br /> tember 9, 2013; for the purpose of approving/denying the requested On-Sale In- <br /> toxicating Liquor License for Fantasy Flight Game Center at 1975 West County <br /> Road B-2, Suite 1; for the remainder of calendar year 2013. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 9.
