Human Rights Commission Minutes <br />October 16, 2013 — Draft Minutes <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />404 Staff Report: Carolyn Curti discussed the proposed business cards stating the minimum run for <br />405 the printer was 500 cards. She suggested the cards be made generic to allow members to write in <br />406 their names and numbers. <br />407 <br />408 Commissioner Singleton indicated that he had discussed with a print company the production of <br />409 business cards for each commissioner, including their individual contact information if the <br />410 commissioner so wished. He volunteered to pay for the cards themselves. <br />411 <br />412 Commissioner Groff expressed opposition to a generic business card where each commissioner <br />413 would need to write in his name and contact info, sang it seemed to be contrary to the very <br />414 purpose of having such cards. <br />415 <br />416 Commissioner Singleton requested permission to coordinate this issue with City Manager <br />417 Trudgeon. Chair Grefenberg asked to be involved in that discussion as well. <br />418 <br />419 Future Agenda Items <br />420 <br />421 Chair Grefenberg requested staff be prepared to discuss preliminary foundation and <br />422 grant resources available in 2014 b° .� s � � mat the November meeting. <br />423 <br />424 Adjournment <br />425 <br />426 Commissioner Groff moved and Vice Chair Brisbois seconded a motion to adjourn. Motion <br />427 passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:36 p.m. <br />
