189 <br />4.2.1.4 <br />For other System Users, one suburban fire department and one <br />190 <br />suburban police department. <br />191 <br />4.2.2 CAD Command Subcommittee Membership, Voting, and Meetings. <br />192 <br />4.2.2.1 <br />The System Users identified in this Agreement as members of the <br />193 <br />Subcommittee shall each select their own representatives except <br />194 <br />that the suburban fire department representative (other than <br />195 <br />Maplewood) will be selected annually by the Ramsey County Fire <br />196 <br />Chiefs Association and the suburban police department <br />197 <br />representative (other than Maplewood) will be selected annually <br />198 <br />by the Ramsey County Chiefs of Police. <br />199 <br />4.2.2.2 <br />The Subcommittee members shall select a Chair and a Vice Chair <br />200 <br />at its first meeting. <br />201 <br />4.2.2.3 <br />The Subcommittee will meet quarterly or at such other intervals <br />202 <br />as determined by the Subcommittee members. <br />203 <br />4.2.2.4 <br />Voting representation on the CAD Command Subcommittee shall <br />204 <br />be as follows: <br />205 <br />4.2.2.4.1 The City of Saint Paul Fire Chief (or designee) shall have <br />206 <br />two (2) votes <br />207 <br />4.2.2.4.2 The City of Saint Paul Police Chief (or designee) shall <br />208 <br />have two (2) votes <br />209 <br />4.2.2.4.3 The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office (or designee) shall <br />210 <br />have one (1) vote <br />211 <br />4.2.2.4.4 The City of Maplewood Fire Chief (or designee) shall <br />212 <br />have one (1) vote <br />213 <br />4.2.2.4.5 The City of Maplewood Police Chief (or designee) shall <br />214 <br />have one (1) vote <br />215 <br />4.2.2.4.6 The remaining suburban Fire agencies shall be <br />216 <br />represented by one Fire Chief (or designee) to be <br />217 <br />selected by those agencies. That representative shall <br />218 <br />have one (1) vote. <br />219 <br />4.2.2.4.7 The remaining suburban Police agencies shall be <br />220 <br />represented by one Police Chief (or designee) to be <br />221 <br />selected by those agencies. That representative shall <br />222 <br />have one (1) vote. <br />223 <br />4.2.2.5 <br />A decision of the Subcommittee requires a quorum and approval <br />224 <br />by a majority of the Subcommittee members present. <br />225 <br />4.2.2.6 <br />A quorum of the Subcommittee means one half of the Qualified <br />226 <br />Subcommittee Members plus one. <br />227 <br />4.2.2.7 <br />Subcommittee members may appoint designees. <br />CAD and Mobile Data Agreement Ramsey County and User Members Page 6 of 48 <br />
