913 <br />7.2 Information Security /System Protection: <br />914 <br />7.2.1 <br />Members remain responsible for the protection of information they place on <br />915 <br />the System and connecting networks. <br />916 <br />7.2.2 <br />Members must comply with applicable federal and state statutes, laws, and <br />917 <br />regulations regarding data security. <br />918 <br />7.2.3 <br />Members must notify the System Manager as soon as possible of any <br />919 <br />security breach or known potential threat. <br />920 <br />7.2.4 <br />Members will ensure that any System User or third -party software does not <br />921 <br />interfere with System applications, network connections, or security. <br />922 <br />7.2.5 <br />Members will restrict access to the System to only those individuals who <br />923 <br />have received CAD training and are authorized to use the System. <br />924 <br />7.2.6 <br />Members will maintain current operating systems, applications, security <br />925 <br />software, web - browsers, and networked devices through patches, updates, <br />926 <br />and upgrades in compliance with section 10 of this Agreement. <br />927 <br />7.2.7 <br />Members will notify the System Manager as soon as possible but not later <br />928 <br />than the last day of employment when an employee with System access <br />929 <br />leaves employment. <br />930 <br />7.2.8 <br />Members will notify the System Manager as soon as possible but not later <br />931 <br />than the change of status or rank when an employee with System access has <br />932 <br />a change of status or rank that affects that individual's access privileges. <br />933 <br />7.3 Testing <br />and Training <br />934 <br />7.3.1 <br />Members shall test Member -owned interfaces, devices and software when <br />935 <br />planning internal hardware or software changes or changes to business <br />936 <br />processes that may affect the System, before putting such into use. <br />937 <br />7.3.2 <br />Members shall utilize the County's test environment for changes to two -way <br />938 <br />interfaces, firewalls or routers. <br />939 <br />7.3.3 <br />Members shall perform quality control /quality assurance operations during <br />940 <br />testing and implementation of patches, updates and upgrades of Member - <br />941 <br />owned interfaces, devices and software. <br />942 <br />7.3.4 <br />If at any time configurations implemented by a Member interfere with <br />943 <br />operation of the System or if software conflicts develop between software <br />944 <br />required for the successful use of the System and additional software <br />945 <br />installed by a Member, the County will charge the Member to correct the <br />946 <br />problem. Member staff must work with the County as requested to resolve <br />947 <br />the problem or remove the software. <br />948 <br />7.3.5 <br />Members will make their personnel available to attend System training, as <br />949 <br />appropriate. <br />CAD and Mobile Data Agreement Ramsey County and User Members Page 25 of 48 <br />
