City of Roseville — 2014 Budget <br />Division /Program: Street Lighting <br />Organizational Responsibility: Public Works Director <br />Division / Program Description <br />Street Lighting provides for the maintenance of safe, well -lit signaled streets for the community and its <br />visitors, customers, and guests. Xcel Energy maintains public streetlights under contract with the City. <br />Ramsey County contractually maintains city owned intersection signal lights.
