Commissioner Grefenberg indicated this was available and <br />would remain on the City's website. <br />Ms. Collins discussed the proposed updates planned for the City's website, noting the essay <br />winners would be posted. <br />Commissioner Grefenberg moved and Vice Chair Becker seconded a motion to update the City's <br />webpage as shown in the bench handout dated February 19, 2014. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />[This Bench Handout is aitached and hereby made part of the official record of this meeting.J <br />Staff Report <br />Financial Update: Ms. Collins provided the HRC with a financial update. She discussed the <br />two pending expenditures that were not reflected within the summary. She reported she would <br />be providing the Commission with an update on a monthly basis from now on. <br />Vice Chair Becker thanked staff for the summary. He recommended columns be added to the <br />financial report that would show budgeted and actual numbers. <br />Commissioner Grefenberg was pleased with the thorou�hness of the report provided by staff. <br />356 Theater Issue Status Update: Ms. Collins discussed an �� event that took place at the AMC <br />357 theater�at Rosedale on December 13r1� She stated a citizen's complaint was � sent to the <br />35g HRC. Collins continued that � the police chief reached out to the complainant and told the <br />359 com�lainant that �ursuant to standard �ractice an investigation would be conducted. �� <br />36o Collins noted Lt. �Scheider handled the �investi a� and interviewed seven <br />361 individuals who witnessed the event.
