It currently only serves one user, <br />Minnesota Commercial. <br /> <br />The City Center is not city government. It should have the community outreach part of <br />city government <br />Public Works can move <br />A new Public Safety building is needed <br /> <br />We need to be sensitive to public politics. The recreational lobby will be focused on a <br />community center. <br /> <br />A Successful City Center strategy will: <br />Provide an articulated vision that meets established goals without compromise <br />Be financially achievable <br />Provide a place that people will identify as the City Center - the image ofRoseville. <br />Provide a fi-amework for future development. <br /> <br />The City Center includes: <br />A collection of government buildings <br />City Administration <br />PolicelFire Departments <br />Parks & Recreation Department <br /> <br />There is need for a new Public Safety building. This facility would include: <br />Parking lot for volunteer parking (60 cars) <br />Three bay garage to house fire apparatus. <br />One drive-through fire apparatus bay. <br />Hose Drying Tower - 25 feet high <br />
