What are the positive features of the existing civic center? <br /> <br />2. How do existing civic and recreational uses tit with potential new uses? <br /> <br />3. What are the short and long~term land use issues that need to be resolved? <br /> <br />4. What are the traffic and building issues in terms of site access, road and parkway <br />capacity, trails. soil conditions. and fill materials? <br /> <br />5. What environmental regulations need to be resolved in terms of storm water and <br />subsurface water quality and quantity, noise, air quality, etc. <br /> <br />6. What are the rights and responsibilities of adjoining property owners, City, <br />County, State. Railroad. Department of Natural Resources (water bodies) etc.? <br /> <br />7.
