Thornley-Himrich letter
Page 2

Where would the entrances ofthe development be--only along Lexington or would there be an
entrance on the side road (Lovell A venue)?

How tall will the building be?

What are the plans for landscaping and fencing of the property?

There is a pine tree on the back side of the lot. Would this remain in place? Not only is it a beautiful
tree, it provides visual screening between our townhouse development and the proposed office
development.

We plan on being present at the January 10 Planning Commission meeting and at the January 22 City
Council meeting, but we thought we would send these questions and concerns in advance of the
meeting anyway.

Sincerely, , ,

ctlw- I 'L If[
" :b']
<"'~u "" .. .:' ' ~":::f'l(:/,i;+,_ I 's ~~ /

Stew Thomley and Br a Himrich
1082 Lovell Avenue
Roseville, Minnesota 55113-4419
651-415-0791
E-mail: thorn017@tc.umn.edu

(I am also the president of Grandview Townhome Association.
