<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />April 23, 1990 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />That landscaping and a fence, not more than ten <br />feet or less than eight feet in height, be <br />provided along the north property line contiguous <br />to the residential properties. The fence shall <br />be built before other construction occurs. <br /> <br />That the fence be a solid wall constructed out <br />of cedar material. The fence should be designed <br />by a structural Engineer. The material used on <br />the fence should be "2 by" material (1-1/2" <br />nominal) which is screwed together. <br /> <br />The fence posts should be located six feet on <br />center and be a minimum of six inches thick and <br />six inches wide (5-1/2" nominal). <br /> <br />The existing side yard fences should be integrated <br />with the new fence by the developer, pending <br />consent by Williams Pipeline. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />The fence should be generally located on the <br />north property line except that the location can <br />be shifted to the south as allowed by the <br />Williams Pipeline Company in order to maintain <br />trees and shrubbery on the adjacent residential <br />properties. <br /> <br />The fence height should be established to <br />maintain the sight lines as presented to the <br />City council on April 23, 1990, but in no case <br />shall the fence height be less than ten feet, <br />except where eight feet high per drawing. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Condition No. 10 <br />be amended to read: <br /> <br />That deliveries to the north driveway of the <br />Center, snow removal, trash removal, and street <br />sweeping along the north side of the building be <br />limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 9:00 <br />p.m. Truck staging shall be limited to the <br />southea'st area. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Condition No. <br />13 be amended to read: <br /> <br />That the materials of the ramp be comparable <br />with the exterior materials of the main building <br />which could include prestressed exposed aggregate <br />concrete panels, but shall not include metal panels. <br />
