Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Welsh Companies <br />correct the drainage problem behind 1708 Oakcrest as <br />approved by City staff. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Johnson, 'Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Welsh Companies <br />construct a solid wall on the north side of the <br />parking ramp with no parking on the north side of the <br />building after 9:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka <br />and Thomas. Nays: Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. <br />Motion failed. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Welsh Companies <br />construct a curb on the north side of the lower ramp <br />level to prevent egress from the north, and that there <br />be no parking adjacent to the ramp on the north. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: Maschka <br />and Thomas. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that parking be banned <br />on the north side of the building after 9:00 p.m. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />The City Council's final action, incorporating all <br />conditions as revised, is as follows. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Welsh Companies <br />request for Special Use Permit for Planned Unit <br />Development and variance to parking stall size <br />requirements at 1655 County Road B-2 be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That an additional access be provided from County <br />Road B-2 by Ramsey County, as proposed. <br /> <br />2. That approval be obtained for the use of the land <br />for such access from the owners of Rosedale <br />(Equitable Life). <br /> <br />3. That the Snelling Avenue service road shall be <br />conveyed to the City of Roseville by the State, <br />and the City shall retain ownership, permitting <br />parking on the right-of-way by the property owner <br />as provided in the Development Agreement. <br />
