<br />PLANµING APPLICATION NARRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The narrative is a critical element of your planning application. <br />Within your narrative, it is extremely important that the <br />following be addressed. <br /> <br />1. Size of current site. <br />2. Nature of buildings (existing and proposed). <br />3. Proposed use of the land and buildings. <br />4. Existing and proposed zoning. Why are you requesting this <br />particular zoning change? <br />5. Description of your business, history of business, <br />operations, number of employees, etc. <br />6. Number of proposed parking spaces and how parking relates to <br />the proposed ordinance. Are there any unique conditions <br />relating to the parking? <br />7. If variances are being ~equested, please explain nature of <br />hardship that justifies sqid variance. <br />8. Please discuss the current and proposed drainage situation <br />and what provisions are being made for the appropriate <br />utilities. <br />9. Depending on the scale of project, additional analysis <br />relating to market, parking, traffic, security, etc. may be <br />required. <br />10. How is trash going to be handled? What type of trash <br />enclosure will be provided? <br />11. How are the rooftop and mechanical units going to be <br />screened? <br />
