<br />GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Section I - Shopping Center Signage <br /> <br />A. Monument Sign <br /> <br />1. Only one sign allowed on County Road B2 entrance and one on Fairview <br />Avenue entrance. <br /> <br />2. Sign shall be ten feet in length and seven feet in height. See Exhibit 2. <br /> <br />3. The logo area shall be ten feet in length and four feet in height. See <br />Exhibit 2. <br /> <br />4. Sign base shall be made of brick which matches existing brick at Rosedale <br />Commons. See Exhibit 2. <br /> <br />S. Letters shall be white, aluminum sign cabinet with high impact acrylic face <br />sheets with opaque paint background, copy to be internally illuminated. Sign <br />is two sided. <br /> <br />B. Pylon Sign <br /> <br />1. Only one sign allowed on County Road B2 entrance and one on Fairview <br />Avenue entrance. <br /> <br />2. Sign face shall be twenty feet in width and eleven feet, ten and 3/4 inches in <br />height. See Exhibit 3. <br /> <br />3. The letter face area shall be sixteen feet in width. <br /> <br />4. Letters shall be white with red background or red letters with white <br />background on high impact acrylic faces. <br /> <br />Section II - EXTERIOR SIGNAGE <br /> <br />A. Anchor Tenants <br /> <br />1. Anchor tenants' signage shall consist of individual channel neon letters, <br />internally illuminated. <br /> <br />2. Tenant sign shall consist of store identification. Tenant shall submit sign <br />location for approval by Landlord. <br /> <br />2 <br />
