<br />a. That a maximum number of trucks, to be located on the <br />site at anyone time, should be established. <br /> <br />b. That the applicant commit to keeping the weeds cut on <br />the site, litter picked up, and that storage should be <br />limited to designated areas. <br /> <br />c. That outdoor storage of scrap metal be limited and <br />screened and be in a location at the south side of the <br />building rather than on the east side. <br /> <br />d. That the building be inspected before occupancy and that <br />any code violations which pose a serious threat to the <br />applicant, be corrected. <br /> <br />e. That the building be painted. <br /> <br />f. That trash handling should occur either within the <br />building or that it should be screened. <br /> <br />g. That the interim use permit expire on April 1, 1993. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to deny David Brainard's request for an interim use <br />permit to allow the use of the existing structure at 2140 <br />County Road C as a truck repair facility. <br />
