Encroachment. If any portion of a dwelling unit or any Lot <br />shall actually encroach upon any other Lot, or if any such encroachment shall <br />hereafter arise because of settling or shifting of the building or other <br />cause, there shall be deemed to be an easement in favor of the Owner of the <br />encroaching dwelling unit to the extent of such encroachment so long as the <br />same still exist. <br /> <br />Section 7. Notices. Any notice required to be sent to any member under <br />the prOV1S10ns of this Declaration shall be deemed to have been properly sent <br />when mailed postage prepaid to the last known address of the member as shown <br />on the records of the Association at the time of such mailing.
