<br />Mr. Rick Jopke <br />Minnesota 11M Program <br />May 31,1991 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The design team feels that the angle at which the building is placed away from <br />Partridge Road dramatically reduces the visual impact of the overhead door <br />openings. We also feel that the way that the berms and the landscaping wrap <br />around the front of the building that we have still screened the majority of the <br />building from the street. <br /> <br />In summary we feel that the efficiency of the traffic flow into and out of the site <br />is critical for this program to be a success.
