BACKGROUND

Welsh Companies has applied for a Special Use Permit for
additional directional signs at the Crossroads Shopping
Center. At the May Planning Commission meeting, the
applicant requested a continuance to work with their sign
consultant and city Staff on the details of placement and
design.

As you may recall from our previous report,
Center faces two separate but related
stemming from the recent expansion of the
houses Best Buy and Rainbow Foods.
