CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Altra's current operation does not meet the spirit or letter of <br />the standards for auto rental businesses. We recommend approval <br />of the Special Use permi t only if the applicant can demonstrate <br />the ability and willingness to follow through on reasonable <br />conditions attached to the permit. These conditions would include: <br /> <br />1) The number of Altra cars on site is limited to the ten <br />shown on the attached drawing in the location shown, or <br />another number and arrangement of parking spaces that <br />is reasonable. <br /> <br />2) Altra cars will not be parked on Woodbridge street or <br />other adjacent public streets. <br /> <br />3) Transport trailers and any other maintenance equipment <br />will not be stored in the parking lot, yard, or on the <br />adjacent public streets. <br />
