It is recommended that the City council approve Robert <br />SeegerjNorwest corporation request for a sign area variance <br />at 1717 Lexington Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That new signage not exceed 100 sq. ft. on the north <br />face and 100 sq. ft. on the south face of the building. <br /> <br />b. That no additional signage, whether in the form of a <br />pylon sign or additional wall signage be allowed for the <br />building, other than small directional signs unless <br />revisions to the code are made in the future that would <br />make such a request reasonable. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Robert SeegerjNorwest Corporation request <br />for a sign setback variance at 1717 Lexington Avenue with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a.
