DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS Parkinq Surface parking on site will remain essentially the same as in the previous plan. wi th the same number of parking spaces for fewer units, the parking situation will be improved: 65 spaces for 49 units. However, we have asked the architect to balance the location of these spaces between Buildings Nos. 3 and 5 (the north central and northwest structures). There are 19 spaces for 13 units for Building No. 3 and only 7 spaces for 8 units for Building No.5. This could be easily accommodated with the extra space available. Landscapinq The landscape plan is virtually identical to the previous plan and works well with the modifications. Where the play structure is taken out next to the Highway between Buildings Nos. 4 and 6, the landscaping continues in a consistent fashion. Where the new play area is added in place of the previous building, there is adequate landscaping to the adjacent Building No. 3 and to the neighbors to the north, who are far removed and up the hill from this area (see section CC).
