<br />C-5 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Amoco oil's AMOCO OIL
<br />request for withdrawal of PUD amendment to allow an
<br />Amoco gasoline service station, food shop, and car
<br />wash facility at the northeast corner of Lexington
<br />Avenue and Highway 36 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />C-6 Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Ordinance ORDIHARCB
<br />1113, rezoning property at 1716 Hamline Avenue North 1113
<br />from R-4 to R-2 be adopted with the expectation that
<br />the property owner, David Nelson, pay $10,000 in 2~~8
<br />assessments if the property were to be rezoned to R-4.
<br />The assessment roll will be based on the $10,000 LY3
<br />figure. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, cushman, Maschka, 1
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />C-7 P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Mark Ran- HARK
<br />cone's request for amendment to conditions on a BANCOHB
<br />Special Use Permit, rezoning, and variance granted for
<br />the Schneidermann's Center at 1955 W. County Road B-2
<br />be approved for a one year extension with the proviso
<br />that Roseville Properties submit an alternative plan
<br />within nine months if compliance cannot be attained.

<br />Johnson. Nays: Cushman.

<br />C-8 Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that an amended CALIBRB
<br />Planned Unit Development and General Concept Plan for RIDGB
<br />the Calibre Ridge Partnership project at 2231 Rice PARTHBRSBIP
<br />Street be continued to the regular City Council meeting
<br />of July 13, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />C-9 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Inter City oil's INTBR CITY
<br />request for a three year Interim Use Permit for a OIL
<br />temporary structure to house equipment to clean up
<br />ground water contamination at 1681 Rice Street be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />request for lot division and lot size variance at 2426 UDBRSOH
<br />Hamline Avenue North be approyed with the condition
<br />that 10 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated
<br />along Hamline Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cush-
