<br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City council approve Ted Brausen's <br />request for a final development plan at 2164 and 2180 N. Dale <br />street with the condition that the applicant not operate the <br />north or the east two service bays and the car wash facility <br />until the structure housing the soil contamination clean up <br />equipment is removed. It is further recommended that the <br />Council authorize execution of a PUD agreement. <br /> <br />council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
