To vacate street right-of-ways which are not needed for <br />street purposes. <br /> <br />2. To approve lots which are similar in size to lots in the <br />surrounding area. <br /> <br />3. To encourage the development of new single family dwellings <br />in the community. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve Bruce <br />Anderson's request for vacation of a portion of Aldine street <br />and preliminary plat at 1694, 1700, and 1708 Oakcrest Avenue. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve resolution vacating a portion of Aldine <br />street. <br /> <br />2. Motion to approve Bruce Anderson's request for preliminary <br />plat at 1694, 1700, and 1708 Oakcrest Avenue. <br /> <br />3. Motion to schedule the public hearing for Bruce Anderson's <br />request for final plat at 1694, 1700, and 1708 Oakcrest <br />Avenue for November 23, 1992. <br />
