BACKGROUND <br /> <br />When the Tschida Owasso Hills Plat No. 3 was platted, Outlot A was <br />reserved for Mrs. Tschida's existing home, where she still lives <br />today (see attached plat drawing). There was discussion at the <br />time of the plat about how the land in this outlot might <br />eventually be developed and there was concern over access onto <br />Western Avenue where it curves to meet Owasso Blvd. Driveways onto <br />Western would be potentially dangerous, since visibility would be <br />limited coming around the inside of this curve. Therefore, the <br />City required that Stanbridge Circle be platted and stubbed into <br />Outlot A to provide for possible future access as a cul-de-sac to <br />serve the property on the Western Avenue curve (see attached <br />sketch) . <br /> <br />In 1974, Mrs. Tschida sold a portion of Outlot A to Sam Cave, but <br />the split was never processed through the City and never recorded <br />with the County. Because of this, neither of them can get clear <br />ti tle to the property, and Mrs. Tschida is now requesting a <br />division of the platted outlot to reflect the previous sale. <br />Neither she nor Mr. Cave have expressed interest in further <br />development of their lots at this time, and no plans have been <br />submitted for additional homes on either of the parcels. <br /> <br />2.
