All nonconforming signs in existence on the effective date of this ordinance may continue, subject to the provisions of Chapter 11 of this Code. 14.190. Window Sians. Ground Si9ns. Area. Height. Setback Requirements. In lieu of a pylon sign, a ground sign would be permitted. Ground signs sfia±±-5e-±iffiieeà-ee-efte-fia±É-efie-æaxiffi~ may be of equal sign area allowed for pylon signs in the same zoning district. Ground signs shall be limited to a maximum of 8 feet in height. Ground signs may be set back from street rights-of-way a distance equal to one-half of the setback for pylon signs in the same zoning district.
