<br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Cedarholm Golf Course request for a fence <br />height variance at 2323 N. Hamline Avenue with the conditions <br />that additional right-of-way for Hamline Avenue be dedicated <br />in the future if necessary and that the fence height be <br />gradually increased from 4 feet to 6 feet rather than an <br />abrupt change. <br /> <br />2. Motion to direct staff to review the need for increasing the <br />fence height adjacent to the Williamsburg Green Townhomes. <br />
