<br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve James <br />Krautbauer's request for rezoning from B-3 and R-1 to R-2 at <br />165 S. Owasso Boulevard with the condition that the driveway <br />width be brought into compliance with the City's driveway <br />requirements within five years instead of the three years <br />recommended by the Planning Commission. This would allow Mr. <br />Krautbauer additional time to raise the funds to bring the <br />driveway into compliance. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve James Krautbauer' s request for rezoning <br />from B-3 and R-l to R-2 at 165 S. Owasso Boulevard with the <br />condition that the driveway width be brought into compliance <br />with the City requirements within five years. <br />
