<br />outside storage with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That maintenance of all vehicles be conducted entirely <br />within the principal building. <br /> <br />b. That the facility be used for the maintenance of <br />vehicles owned and operated by the FBI and that the <br />facility not be used in any way that will involve <br />advertising or offering of goods or services to the <br />public. <br /> <br />c. That the design, appearance, and materials of the fenced <br />enclosure be as shown to the Planning commission and <br />city Council. <br /> <br />d. That the applicant and lessor agree to maintain the <br />fenced area in good repair at all times. <br /> <br />e. That all trash be stored inside the building. <br />
