The right turning movement from the shopping center onto westbound
CR B2 tecl\nicaUy operates at hwel of service "P" (LOS P) and Is
expected to worsen slightly with the proposed development. However,
fJeId observations indicate that, although there is vehl, cutar queueing
back beyond the southern loop road Intersection, vehicles are getting
out at this access. The traffic signal at the CR 82/SB Snelling Avenue
Ramps creates gaps in the westbound CR 82 traffic stream which allow
drivers to make this movement duting this time period.

. The CR B2/ American Street intersection, which Is. signalized, currently
operates at a level of low to moderate congestion (LOS C) during this
tima p@riod and is expected to continue to operate at this level (LOS C)
followin! the development.

.. The right in~tight out a<:(:ess dri..,e/loop road intersection, wh~ch is
located approximately 100 feet north of the right in-right out access
onto CR B2, currently operates at an ao:eptable level (LOS D) with
moderate congestion and delays during this time period and 1s
expected to continue to operate at this level (~D) following the
development. Field obsentatloos durittg this time period indicate that
the traffic on the east approach, which is required to stop, periodically
queues back beyond the second parking aisle as th@ left turn to go
south towards the right out onto CR B2 is SOJtl@times blocked by
vehicles queued back from the right out onto CR B2

Ri3ht-tum lane Storaie on CR B2.

The existing right turn mo..,ement from westbound CR B2 into the shopping
center provide~ approximately 80 feet of vehicular storage. Traffic ,counts
indicate that most of the tTaffie that enters the center via this Movement tr,wels
approximately 100 feet north then tums tight onto the southern Inh!rnalloop
road. The remaining traffic travels north approximately another 100 feet to a
stop sign at the northern internal loop road, which nms adjacent to the
shopping center buildiOg. TherefDre, most of the inbound traffic is not
required to stop within this area and the remaining traffic Is not required to
stop until it is well within the site.
