This would result in undesirable conditions.

Safety of WB to ~B Movement from LeaR Road

The existing !tight distance for vehicles making the westbound to southbound
lefHuming movement from the southern loop road towards the right out
access onto CR 52 is marginal. A desirable sight distance at this location
would be betw~ 200 and 300 feet.

As previously indicated, the distance between this interSection and the right
Inl right out access onto CR 82 is approximately 100 f~t. Therefore, drivers
must look to their left upstream along CR 82 beyond their no ana) field of
vision (i.e., greater than 90 d~g) to check for an adequate gap in conflicting
traffic.

A possible solution to this condition would be to close off the outbound access
and require outbound \I@hides to use the northern intemalloop load to access
the right in-right out access drive.

Storage Along Lo()p Road

The proposed 180 feet of vehicular storage along the southern internal loop
road between the right in-right out access drive iUld the pl'Opoeed Computer
City Store access onto the southem int'Qrnal loop road should be adequate. As
previously stated, field observations indicated that during the Saturday peak
hour traffic periodiCilUy stacked back beyond the first two parking aisles
(approximately 120 feet). This occurred during a traffic demand of 4Q8
vehides on the east appt~ch of the right in-tight out acce. drive/southern
inte...nalloop TOad intersection. The addition of approximately 22 vph (43 total
outbound x SO percent to west) .ftOm the proposed Computer City Store should
not result In a noticeable increase In the tratflc queues.
