To approve the Special Use permi t request based on the <br />finding that the proposal meets all the requirements of the <br />zoning ordinance and would not be detrimental to the general <br />health, safety and welfare of the neighborhood. <br /> <br />POLICY OBJECTIVES: <br /> <br />1. To insure development is consistent with the City's <br />comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinances. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve patricia <br />curtiss's request for Special Use Permit at 1987 Aldine st. <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That all customer parking occur in the existing <br />driveway. <br /> <br />2. That there be no signage on the site. <br /> <br />3. That the business not be operated for more than 30 <br />hours a week. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Patricia curtiss's request for a special <br />Use Permit at 1987 Aldine street with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1.
