To grant special use pernd ts where it is demonstrated that <br />the proposed use would not be detrimental to the general <br />health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />It is recommended <br />Rent A Car request <br />Road C with the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />that the City Council approve Enterprise <br />for a special use permit at 2025 W. County <br />conditions recommended by the Planning <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Enterprise Rent A Car request for a special <br />use permit at 2025 W. county Road C with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That 25 parking spaces be reserved on site for the <br />rental cars. <br /> <br />2. That all washing, vacuuming, and other car preparation <br />be done completely within the building. No car repair <br />or other maintenance is to be done on site. <br /> <br />3. That no trailers or other equipment be stored on site. <br /> <br />4. That additional landscaping be provided in front of the <br />parking area to screen the cars from County Road C to a <br />height of at least 2.5 feet. <br /> <br />5. That there be no signs or other advertising for car <br />sales on the site. <br />
