<br />During the coming months, the a.ty's procedure will be to monitor the noise Jevels <br />on a test basis on August 31st and again before the CErtificaw of Occupancy is <br />issued to determine canpJiance with the noise standards. <br /> <br />It is our understanding that ACI has agreed to assist in the payment of the <br />noise reduct~n plan prepared by David BresJau. I wouJd Jike to discuss this with <br />you. <br /> <br />In addition, the City and ACI should take time to discuss future expansion plans <br />and/or pa;sible moves to other more compatibJe industrial buiJding s112s within the <br />city. The City does want to be a helpful partner in such a IOOve and can assist <br />in land aCquisition and site improvement as wen as issuance of revenue bonds for <br />the project. <br /> <br />Finally, two things I want to make cJear. The City does appreciate all the work <br />and cooperation that Dan McCarthy has provided in a difficult situation.
