fuels continued desire to play the game and improve one's
performance.

The entire experience from the time the briefing begins until the
scores are handed out usually lasts 40 minutes. The average cost
of the game is $6.50, including tax, per person.

Due to the game being software driven, the game parameters can be
changed frequently to keep it fresh. Additionally, the playing
arenas are designed with moveable components to allow for
different configurations to keep it new and exciting for repeat
players.

LAYOUT AND USE OF FACILITY

The arena has a maze constructed with many varying obstacles
inside of it with ultra violet designs painted on various
barriers made up of walls and forest tubes. The arena is
blanketed with fog, music and extensive high-tech lighting
systems. Perhaps the best way the experience can be described is
a very high tech game combining the best elements of flashlight
tag and capture the flag that would make you, believe you were
inside a video game.

The facility also includes a front area, party/meeting areas for
birthday parties/corporate or other groups/teams, registration
area, amusement games and merchandise displays. These additional
facilities are designed to increase sales and market scope while
providing activities to keep participants occupied while waiting
to play the game.

The concept includes an area for birthday partIes (or corporate
and team gatherings) to be celebrated where cake can be eaten,
pizza can be served, drinks consumed, presents opened and then
the game played by the entire group.

Successful operators in this country have found that providing a
enjoyable entertainment experience requires well thought out
management plans. This includes rules of behavior and adherence
to these standards by all participants and visitors to the
facility.

Uniforms will be worn by all employees clearly identifying them
as staff of the facility. This also reinforces the image of a
well organized family entertainment center.

If there is any way to characterize the entertainment atmosphere
that will be created it would be to look at the example that
Disney creates in their theme parks. Employees are considered
performers and their job is to insure a quality and enjoyable
experience by all customers. Strict control and yet a quality
experience at a price that is considered a value but allows
profitability for the operator.
