It is staff's recommends that the special use permit be granted <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be no exterior storage of equipment or parts. <br /> <br />2. That there shall be no advertising sign offering new or <br />used vehicles for sale at the site. <br /> <br />3. Motion to approve Complete Mobility System's request for a <br />special use permit for vehicle sales at 1905 W. County Road C <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
