Staff recommends that the application of Robert <br />Levine/Palisades Limited Partnership, for the vacation of <br />right-of-way and utility and drainage easements at 535, 550, <br />565, and 570 Sandhurst Drive, be approved subject to the <br />project's owners entering into an agreement whereby the owner <br />agrees to pay any additional cost of excavation caused by the <br />granting of a vacation of a portion of the sanitary sewer <br />easement. <br /> <br />council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
