<br /> <br />CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is staffs conclusion that while we would recommend development of the site as <br />a townhouse project, there is additional il1fonnation which must be provided to <br />detennine if the project, as proposed, will work on the site without having adverse <br />effects on the adjacent streets and neighborhood. <br /> <br />It is staffs recommendation that the Planning Commission conduct the public <br />hearing on this matter on December 9, 1993 and continue consideration until the <br />January meeting, This will allow the applicant additional time to address issues <br />identified by the Public Works Department and any other issues which may be <br />identified at the public hearing. <br /> <br />.., ~ <br /> <br />... <br />
