These were 48 <br />hour counts and report the following results: <br /> <br />SITE 1 <br />Lincoln Drive - 100 feet north of County Road C <br /> <br />48 HOUR COUNT <br />9246 cars <br /> <br />SITE 2 <br />Lincoln Drive - 100 feet south of Terrace Dr. <br /> <br />5604 cars <br /> <br />These numbers, while lower than anticipated, do reflect that the majority of people accessing the <br />Byerly's shopping center are currently coming from County Road C. The ~raffic consultant's's <br />report indicates that with the connection ofLíncoln Drive through to Lydia, that these patterns <br />will change in that people will be using the northern portion of this road more and more. <br /> <br />ENGINEERING CONCERNS: <br /> <br />1, There is $9,031.49 in assessments outstanding for sanitary sewer 2 and water 62-2. <br /> <br />2. A sidewalk is required along the east side of Lincoln Drive. <br /> <br />3. A 20 foot light rail easement is required along the west side of Snelling Avenue, <br /> <br />4. A Permit from MnDOT will be required to work within the S,T.H. 51 (SnelIíng Avenue) <br />right-of-way. <br /> <br />5, The new driveway/roadway openings along Lincoln Drive must be done as per Roseville <br />standards. <br /> <br />6. All utility connections must be done as per Roseville standards. <br /> <br />7. The proposed new wet tap on the existing watermain in Lincoln Drive should be moved <br />south to a location west of proposed Outlot A At this location, the need to open cut the <br />street can be avoided. Lincoln Drive cannot be open cut across the street as shown on the <br />plans, The main must be jacked under the street. <br /> <br />8, A maintenance agreement between the property owners and the City ofRosevilIe or a <br />company that can maintain the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water mains within the <br />site must be obtained at final inspection time. A set of As-Builts for the utilities must be <br />given to the City ofRoseville for future reference after final inspection. <br /> <br />9. The landscape plans need to have the utility plans overlaid on top of them to insure that no <br />trees are planted on top of any of the utilities. <br /> <br />5 <br />
