RECORDER <br />RAÞlSEY COUNTY ÞIN <br /> <br />Fee Amount: $20.00 <br /> <br />11111 "III II III II I II 1111111 II 11111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE ~Y OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of November 2000, at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and KysYlYczyn <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9833 <br /> <br />A Resolution Reaffirming the Vacation of Three Roadway Easements (Document No. <br />2191187, 1579619 and 1716354) for a portion of Cohansey Street <br />Between Lovell Avenue and Minnesota Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville City Council, on May 23, 1994 approved the vacation of the <br />roadway easements for the portion of Cohansey Street lying between Lovell and Minnesota <br />Avenue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these roadway easements are legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Document No. 2191187: A circular cul-de-sac 100 feet in diameter, the center of which <br />is located at a point; said point being described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast <br />corner of the West one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one quarter of <br />the Southwest one quarter of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23; thence Westerly along <br />a line of said West one half of said quarter, quarter, quarter, 130.4 feet; thence southerly <br />and parallel to the East line of said West one half of said quarter, quarter, quarter, 172 <br />feet to the point of the center of said cul-de-sac; except that property conveyed for street <br />purposes in Document No. 157619 in Book 1924, page 574. <br /> <br />Document No. 1579619: Except the North 30 feet, the East 25 feet of the following <br />property: That part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of <br />the Southwest quarter of Section 12, township 29, Range 23 West, except the East two <br />acres thereof and except the 60 feet of the South 190 feet thereof. <br /> <br />/ 19+ 3 <br /> <br />CHy ~ ;ef;~illfk,. <br />
