Division of Solid Waste is requesting an extension of~s ~ use permit to operate a seasonal collection site fo~ household hazardous wastF at thqr site on Kent Street, north ofLarpenteur Avenue and east of Dale Street. The Roseville ttity Council granted an initial interim use permit for this site in 1992. The twoyear pburlt was renewed in 1994 and will expire June 28, 1996. r Under State laJ, metrqpoJitan counties are required to provide for collection ofhousehold hazardous wastF' ~ County has provided these services through a contract with Dynex Industrir. ~ex operates a year-round household hazardous waste collection facility in Mo~sview! and four seasonal satellite facilities during April through October, including the Rpseville!site. j. When the Ro~e City Council approved the extension of the interim use permit in 1994, they did so witq the fonowing conditions: I a. .
