The engineering staff has reviewed this <br />proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Need to extend storm sewer southerly to each of the two <br />driveway openings on Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Sidewalk is required or the money placed with the city <br />to build the sidewalk if not constructed along Fairview <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />3. There are two parcels shown on the plans. They need to <br />be combined at Ramsey County before a building permit can <br />be approved. <br /> <br />4. A 10 foot road and utility easement is required along <br />Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />5. The proposed landscaping plan needs to be over laid on top <br />of the utility plans to make sure trees are not planted on <br />of the any utility. <br />
