Debris observed in Area 13 included scattered
wood, tin cans, car batteries and other miscellaneous household debris (See Photo #16). Area 13
was along a hillside below the foundation of a former' homestead. An empty fuel oil tank was
observed at the top of the hill (See Photo #17). No evidence of buried debris was observed.

2.14 Area 14

Area 14 is located in the west-central portion of the site (See Photo #18). Area 14 was identified
as Area B in the Phase II ESA. Area 14 includes the street sweeping disposal area. Portions of
Area 14 were reportedly used for disposal of school supplies, including desks and books, by
ISD #623. Miscellaneous concrete debris, plastic bags and furniture was observed scattered within
the street sweepings (See Photo #19). One test pit dug along the edge of Area 14 encountered
street sweepings only. However, the test pit did not extend into the underlying materials. Debris
could potentially be buried within Area 14.

2.15 Area 15

Area 15 is located in the north-central portion of the project site. Debris observed in Area 15
included scattered tires, car parts and wire. No evidence of buried debris was observed.

- 7 -
