Also present
in the soil horizon are strong brown (7.5 YR 5/6) mottles.

Wetland 2 is 1.96 acres in size. It is classified as a Type 4 (Inland Deep
Fresh Marshes). Its FWS/OBS classification is PEMF wetland (Palustrine
Emergent Semipermanently Flooded). This wetland lies adjacent to Owasso
Blvd.

Wetland soils on basin two are classified by the Soil Survey as Seelyeville
muck. The soils were field identified as a very dark brown (10 YR 312) silty
clay, with brown (7.5 YR 4/4) mottles. The portion of the basin at stake 1
is disturbed.

Observed wetland vegetation within the delineated boundary consists of a
number of common wetland indicator species including: reed canary Grass
Phalaris arundinacea (facultative wetland +), duck weed Lemna minor
(obligate wetland), and cattails Typha latifolia (obligate wetland).

Wetland 3 is 4.4 acres in size. It is classified as a Type 4 (Inland Deep Fresh
Marshes). Basin 3 is classified as a complex of wetland types:
PEMP/PSSl C/PUBFJPFO 1 C wetland (Palustrine Emergent Semipermanently
Flooded/ Palustrine Scrub Shrub Deciduous Seasonally Flooded/ Palustrine
Unconsolidated Bottom Semipermanently F1ooded/ Palustrine Forested
Deciduous Seasonally Flooded).

Vegetation changes with each type of the complex. The PEMF is
characterized primarily by cattails Typha lati/olia (obligate wetland), purple
loosestrife Lythrwn salicaria (obligate wetland) and s,edges Carex spp.
(obligate wetland). The PSSIC is comprised of willows Sala spp.
(Facultative wetland -). The third characterization, PUBF, is surrounded by

SCHOELL & MADSON, INC.
